"Time of Introspection"
The time went like a blast of a bomb,
An explosion aimed for destruction.
An explosion that left behind the pain, the pain of loss.
The loss of a loved one.
The blast left wounds,
Wounds of detachment,
Detachment from the world.
Time was paused,
Frozen in ice.
Everything around went like a stone in a lake,
A stone that flows where the lake goes.
Time was mysterious.
Life was hopeless,
With no aim, no passion, and no gain.
Every moment of life felt like shattered glass,
Breaking anew every minute.
A glass that held several promises,
Yet they remained unchanged.
A glass that was pushed to fix,
A fix that couldn't be the same.
Several tries made, done.
Things never got the same.
Passing by, skipping many dust storms,
Molded into several shapes, shapes never wished for.
But the hope was there, a light of hope blown.
Scars were paining,
Paining like a plant with no water.
Memories whispered in like rain upon the brain.
Life was nurturing - like a seed in an unfertilized land.
The harder the growth was, the more care was demanded.
The less care I got, the higher potential I made.
Fight was mysterious, never knew where the storm coming from.
Survival was a choice left to me.
