Raghu…..We Know about You….!

Raghu, a 39-year-old bank employee, has a wife who has been in a coma for 13 years, and he has no children.

On a morning like every morning 7:00 a.m, Raghu stares at his wife sleeping in coma in a bed and a cup of hot strong coffee, praying to no god, just believing in his hope.
He just stares at the coffee and don’t intend to drink it.
Suddenly, the phone rings, Raghu, annoyed, answers the call and says, “Good morning, Prasad.”
Prasad replies, “Good morning, Raghu, any updates about her?”
Raghu responds, “Just like yesterday, and yesterday like day before yesterday...it’s always the same.”
Prasad tries to reassure him, “Don’t worry, Raghu. Everything’s going to be alright. Stay strong until the end—I know you will, I know about you raghu.”
Raghu replies, “Thanks for knowing me,” and ends the call.
He heads to the bank and works like he’s the only one in the world doing his job. At the bank, a woman named riya approaches Raghu and offers him a book titled “Finding Peace: Letting Go of Stress and Worry”
Raghu looks at her awkwardly, she holds his hand and says, “Raghu, please don’t ignore this. I’ve been observing you here for 10 years in this bank, you need this.”
Raghu responds, “Next month will be your seventh anniversary at the bank, right?”
Riya insists, “That doesn’t matter, Raghu. I observed a lot about you, I know about you comppletely trust me. You need this.”
Raghu silently takes the book, goes home, and, as usual, stares at his wife and a cup of hot strong coffee, meanwhile, his friend Srinu sends him a WhatsApp message with a friendship quote:
“My friend, I know you—the parts you hide, the dreams you dare not share.
You say little, but I know your in and out, your likes and dislikes.
I understand you, not through words but in the silent language of presence…”
Reading this, Raghu mutters to himself, “He probably even knows how many times i farts on every day…”
And again stares at his wife and hot strong coffee.

As days passes………..

One strange night, Raghu shivers at the police station, accused of the brutal serial murders of three people near a hospital.
The police found him at the scene with bloodstains on his shirt, along with the book Riya had given him, analyzing the book titled Finding Peace and investigating his personal life leads to suspect Raghu as mentally illed person and even consider him the prime suspect in the murders.
While in custody, Raghu begins to tremble, desperate for help.
The news of his arrest quickly spreads, with police permission, he calls Prasad instead of a lawyer.
However, Prasad informs he is reluctant to help and raghu may the guilty.
Deeply hurt, Raghu questions, “Prasad, you’ve known me for 20 years, how could you think I’d do something like this?”
Prasad replies coldly, “I know you? Who said I know you? Do you think I’m your wife or your son? How could I really know about you? I don’t live in your hall and sleep in your bedroom, do you understand..? ”
Devastated, Raghu cuts off the call. He considers calling others for support, but each response is hurtful and dismissive.
Riya replies, “I completely misjudged you. How could you betray me like this? I treated you like a brother.”
Despite Raghu’s situation, she speaks as like she got a brutal injustice.
Srinu replies a quote, “Never judge anyone by knowing their in and out, likes and dislikes, everyone we know is just one of thier reflection.”
Listening to all this, Raghu hangs up and sits silently in the police station.
He closes his eyes, praying to no god, believing only on his hope and self-awareness.
After some time, the police informs raghu they had made a mistake.
They realize that Raghu is the one who actually rushed the victims to the hospital, before police reach to that crime scene, hoping to save at least one of them, rather than just standing by and taking photos like the society, meanwhile the society around the crime scene seeing raghu acts differently, assumes raghu may be the accused and informs to police, because he was to supposed like them, but he didn’t and behaved liked a out of society person.
Then police apologize to Raghu and praise him for his actions.
When he returns home, Raghu takes a shower, prepares a hot coffee, places it next to his wife, and stares at both of them.
By this time, everyone got the news about raghu, then prasad, riya, srinu and others send their replies and quotes to raghu with the simillar lines of, “Not only us, even God knows about you, Raghu, He would never let bad things happen to you.”
After reading these kind of messages and quotes, Raghu throws his phone aside, and he stops staring at the hot strong coffee and takes a sip.
After taking the first sip, His heart speaks to him, “I tasted purity after a long time.”
