EVENT WORKFLOW
AUGUST 31st - DAY 1
11am - 2pm
POEM RECITING
All Online writers must Submit a Minimum of 1 Minute to maximum of 8 Minutes POETRY either in VIDEO format or AUDIO format(Incase you don't wish to SUBMIT in VIDEO FORMAT then submit it in AUDIO FORMAT) and share it in WHATSAPP.
This is mandatory for all the contestants participating in ONLINE EVENT and must submit it within the given time only. Please don't submit it either before or after the given time and will not be considered.

ON SPOT POETRY WRITING CONTEST
All the ONLINE CONTESTANTS can participate in the ON-SPOT POETRY CONTEST. This is also applicable for SHORT STORY WRITING CONTESTANTS and it is not mandatory.

Theme will be shared before 3PM through WhatsApp and you must submit the POEM on the given THEME within 9PM.There is no word limit or line limit. The Best Poem will be awarded with
FIRST PLACE : 10,000/-
SECOND PLACE : 7,000/-
THIRD PLACE : 5,000/-
WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED on SEPTEMBER 1st @ 8PM in our INSTAGRAM PAGE. WINNER DETAILS will also be shared in WHATSAPP to all the participating contestants.
You must submit your poetry in PDF FILE typed in MS WORD and there is no WORD LIMIT or LINE LIMIT.
SEPTEMBER 1st 2024 - DAY 2

DIGITAL INTERVIEW
Please Answer 10 questions asked during this time and please share your answer in VIDEO FORMAT. Incase you don't wish to answer it in VIDEO FORMAT share the answer in TEXT FORMAT TYPED in MS WORD and send it in the PDF FORMAT.
This article will be used to create exclusive digital article about you which will be published in the DIGITAL NEWS PORTAL and the link will be shared to you within next 60 days.
If you are sending it in the VIDEO FORMAT please shoot it in the HORIZONTAL VIDEO FORMAT. Please don't shoot it in the VERTICLE FORMAT.
SEPTEMBER 1st 2024 - DAY 2
3pm - 5pm
EXTRA TIME
Any contestant who failed to complete all the above tasks can complete it during this given period.
6pm - 7pm
PLEASE SHARE THE CURRENT ADDRESS with PINCODE where your courier must be sent. THERE WILL BE NO MORE CHANGES that can be done ONCE THE ADDRESS IS SENT during this period.
Please make sure you send the Address with PinCode within 6pm - 7pm.
7pm - 9pm
On spot poetry reciting results will be announced.
WINNER NAMES will be announced in INSTAGRAM and also in WHATSAPP.
FINAL RESULTS
THE FINAL WINNERS of INDIAN WRITER's AWARD will be announced on NOVEMBER 5th 2024 during the OFFICIAL EVENT held in BANGALORE.
LIVE STREAMING
The live streaming link will be shared on NOVEMBER 3rd 2024.
You can watch the complete event held on NOVEMBER 4th and NOVEMBER 5th 2024.
AWARDS & COURIER
1. THE BEST 25 BENEFITS and TOP 10 BENEFITS will be sent on or before OCTOBER 5th 2024 to your postal address.
2. THE EXCLUSIVE HONOURING BENEFITS will be shared for all the TOP 5 WRITERS participating ONLINE. If you are under the TOP 5 WRITERS then you will not receive the TOP 10 WRITER's BENEFITS instead you will get the EXCLUSIVE HONOURING for being in TOP 5 POSITIONS.
3. THE COMPLETE COURIER will be shared at ONCE.
4. Incase you are the WINNER of INDIAN WRITER's AWARD there will be another COURIER SHARED after the event and results on NOVEMBER 5th. The courier and winner benefits will be shared by NOVEMBER 15th 2024.
